Brownies
Classic dark chocolate brownies.

Yield: 16 brownies.
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- .5c unsalted butter
- 1c sugar
- 3 large chicken eggs
- 1t vanilla extract
- .75t salt
- .75c flour
- Melt butter with chocolate over double-boiler.
- Mix in sugar.
- Mix in eggs.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Sift flour with salt, mix into batter.
- Fill an 8-inch-square pan, lined with parchment.
- Bake at 350F until a toothpick inserted in the middle doesn't come out totally wet, or, roughly half-an-hour.
